PC Service for us implies that we thoroughly clean and test your PC and peripherals (monitor, printer). The difference to the PC Emergency Service is that you can avail yourself of the PC Service at scheduled intervals or if irregularities occur in order to avoid a crash - with possible accompanying loss of data.
Should we detect some problem during the process we shall arrange for rectification with the competent brand-name service point or, if feasible, remedy the matter on the spot.
Of course, in such case we could update your computer in the software department and suggest possible hardware improvements.
PC Emergency Service
The PC Emergency Service steps in whenever you are lost and your computer appears to have collapsed. Service is effected at prevailing tariff rates.
In such events we shall try to locate defective parts and find rapid replacement therefor. Should the problem not be hardware defects but rather software failures (e.g. viruses and software crashes) we'll try to remedy the fault there and then or endeavour to keep damage to a minimum.
